$165/night, for Heavenly Hideaway (for more info go to section labeled Heavenly Hideaway on this website)

5 night minimum for holidays ( including New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, October leaf season, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
$1425/ for 6 nights or a week (rates based on up to 6 people)
Cloud 9 accomodates 6 people in the 3 bedrooms on the main level. There is a ONE-TIME extra hospitality charge of $30/per person (not per night ) for overflow guests up to 4 additional people. Maid's fee $75. Portable beds can be used downstairs in the game room for the 9th and 10th person or kids can sleep with parents on blow-up mattresses. Rustic camping available.
$500 refundable security deposit (this can be held with a credit card number or a separate check.)
Plus 6.75% NC State Sales Tax required.
Call for prices of facility rental by the day.
Reservations are confirmed with phone call and credit card to hold or after receipt of 50% of the total daily rate, balance due upon arrival. Full payment is required with reservation during holidays (listed above) or for booking inside of the 30 day before arrival time period.
Refunds will be given for reservations canceled from 30 to 60 days prior to arrival date minus a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes occurring within 30 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit unless rental can be rebooked. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. In case of emergency, we are willing to work with you.
Pets will be considered on an individual basis. Call or email for the pet policy. Dogs only, no cats. If your dog is accepted, there is a $50 extra charge/week.
Smoking is permitted outside.
10% discount Dec- Mar. 15. (excluding MLK holiday) Couple's discounts with no pets available, just call for $175 price/night.
