We have the wood ready for your campfire at Cloud 9 Relaxation Home.
Kids love the building of the fire in the stone fire ring because it means scouring the woods for poker sticks and marshmallow sticks. But then this is where “roasting” a marshmallow turns into “whoops, it caught on fire!”
OK, I know some people don’t have the patience and stick that marshmallow right in the fire to charbroil it. And it is kind of fun to blow it out with people all around you shouting for you to do so. But a gently-browned-on-all-sides marshmallow is an art.
1. Start the campfire at least an hour ahead 2. Find a long enough stick in the woods so your hand doesn’t get too hot Think of it like fishing, the best comes to those that wait.
